The Organizing Committee has negotiated preferential rates for 3 different room types. All rates include wireless Internet in the guest room. Please read the details below to help you select your room and to be aware of the room sizes and features.

The deadline for reservation is April 16, 2012 at noon local time. After this date, reservations can only be accepted subject to availability.
Payment
In order to confirm a reservation, the hotel requires a deposit equal to the guest room rate for one night in the form of a major credit card. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.
